Air Astana Launches Super Stylish Economy Class Amenity Kits

Air Astana revamps its onboard service as the airline wants to guarantee a truly excellent passenger experience in every class. Together with Air Astana’s Product Department, Kaelis designed a totally new economy class amenity kit for all medium and long-haul flights.

The new collection was divided in two sets - Nowen and Zappa - each of them with five different colours. All amenity kits have a large selection of items to guarantee passenger´s comfort.

Nowen will be given to all economy class passengers flying to Kazakhstan. Each Nowen kit contains:

Shoe bag        Inflatable Neck Pillow         Toothbrush & Paste         Hand cream         Earplugs

Zappa will be given to all economy class passengers flying from Kazakhstan. Each Zappa kit contains:

Shoe bag & Slippers      Eyemask       Hand Cream       Toothbrush & Paste       Pen      Earplugs

As passengers start collecting the different designs and colours of these amenity kits, Air Astana will improve not only passenger experience, but also customer engagement and loyalty.
