The project began with a question: how can time in the air become part of the adventure itself? The answer came to life through EVA Air’s beloved mascot, Berry the Bear, a friendly companion imagined to guide children through their journey and transform every moment on board into something playful, comforting, and memorable. Thoughtfully designed to combine entertainment with educational value, the Kids Kit includes:

• Vibrant EVA Air Backpack: A cheerful, durable mini backpack in bright green with playful travel-themed illustrations and adjustable orange straps, perfectly sized for young passengers to keep treasures and their essentials close at hand.
• “Meet Berry” Activity Book: A colourful collection of puzzles, colouring pages, and fun facts designed to spark creativity and encourage screen-free engagement.
• Berry Memory Card Game: A classic matching game featuring charming illustrations of Berry the Bear, helping to develop memory and cognitive skills.
• Colouring Pencil Set: An eco-friendly tube of natural wood pencils in bright shades, giving young imaginations the freedom to bring their own stories to life.

More than a collection of items, the Kids Kit was designed as a cohesive experience, one that encourages creativity, connection, and moments of joy during the flight.

Receiving the PAX Award at WTCE 2026 is a meaningful milestone, celebrating not only innovation in design, but a shared belief between Kaelis and EVA Air: that even the youngest travellers deserve journeys filled with wonder.
