• Logistics Operations: Demonstrating Kaelis' focus on internal talent development, Juan Escoriza has been promoted to Logistics Manager. Having served in the logistics department since 2016, his decade of institutional knowledge will drive supply-chain efficiency, distribution optimisation, and operational reliability worldwide.

• Brand & Creative Lead: Daria von der Pahlen has been promoted to Creative Director, expanding her existing portfolio as Communications Manager. Following her successful integration of the Brands Department, leveraging her extensive background in luxury, she will now unify global corporate communications, brand strategy, and creative direction under a single vision.

• Financial Governance: Vania Durán has been appointed as Treasury Manager, having been an integral part of Kaelis since 2018. Bringing extensive experience in finance and treasury across diverse international environments, she specialises in liquidity management, corporate financing, and banking relationships. In her role, she will drive financial sustainability and support the company's global operations and long-term expansion.
