Renival has over twenty years of experience in finance, starting his career as a Bank manager, Auditor and Investor Relations. Throughout the years he moved up to be Finance Manager, Controller and CFO in businesses across diverse industries. He has worked for PwC, Telefonica, Yasaki, Votorantim Group, Stericycle and others.

Renival holds a BA in Business Administration, an MBA in Corporate Finance from FGV Brazil and an MSc in Finance from City University London. He also developed a career as a University Professor.

He joined Kaelis in early 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. In November 2023, Renival was appointed as the new Kaelis’ CEO to lead the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives and operational excellence.
