Charlene Heitz holds a B.A. in Journalism with a focus in Marketing, bringing a strong background in Communications and Business Development. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English, with professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4). In March 2022, Charlene began her career at Kaelis as a Business Development Junior Executive. In February 2024, she was appointed as Legal Representative and Head of Kaelis China, where she led all local operations - including government relations, strategic partnerships, regulatory compliance, HR and Finance. In July 2025, she was promoted to her current role as Asia Pacific Regional Manager, where she now drives growth and operational excellence across the region.
