Jose’s background includes a BSc in Business Administration and a Master’s in Management Development. With over 25 years of expertise in the commercial aviation sector, his particular focus on catering has allowed him to cultivate extensive international experience, contributing significantly to countries like the Dominican Republic, Italy, the United Kingdom and Spain. He joined Kaelis in the summer of 2023 as Regional Director for the EMEA region. In January 2026, Jose was promoted to Head of Customer Experience & Innovation.
