Norma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Visual and Media Arts from Emerson College in Boston, US. She has over 20 years of international experience in Communications, Public Relations and Visual Media. She has worked at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, the Euro Banking Association and IOSCO. Besides, she has also founded her own cultural space and worked as a consultant in Digital Communication and Marketing. Multilingual and creative by nature, Norma joined Kaelis in October 2025 as Communications Manager.
